Six Saints Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 60ml Six Saints Rum
  • 10ml Demerara simple syrup (2:1)
  • 2 dash bitters
  • Cubed ice
  • Orange twist to garnish

Method

Stir all ingredients together over ice. Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube in it. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface of the drink and drop it in.

Six Saints Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 75ml Six Saints Rum
  • 100ml mineral water
  • 50ml simple syrup
  • Sprig of mint, grapefruit, nutmeg

Method

Put the rum, sugar syrup, lime juice and cold water into a tall glass with ice and the bitters and stir to combine. Strain into a smaller cold glass half-full of ice, top with a grating of nutmeg and garnish with sprig of mint, grapefruit and a grating of nutmeg.

  • Ice
  • 50ml Six Saints Rum
  • 1 lime slice
  • 100ml ginger ale

Method

Put all the ingredients in a glass over lots of ice, stir gently and garnish with a wedge of lime.

The regional Pacific Green Entrepreneurs Network (PGEN) is a 3-year project funded by the Qatar Fund for Development and implemented by the Global Green Growth Institute.
